Amen.

Amin x Dammy Krane
*Watch the video before listening to the single on your preferred  blog/music streaming site in order to get the maximum effect of this song*

I mean, one of the most organic mixes of traditional, proverbial Yoruba with new age, as it were *Read: Bugatti reference*.

Dammy Krane, your energy. Your Yoruba roots & it's strong potency in your music. Your individuality.

Capital Dreams, hats off to you all for realizing such a great song. This is extremely understated. I love the natural  (again organic) yet filled with so much Yoruba élan visuals. Like, I really wish the video was the track itself, because listening to the audio alone may cause you to wonder why I am hyping this song up so much.

This song (video) single-handedly brings Dammy Krane's new album back to relevancy. Like one can overlook his 15-track waste of beats (aside from this track & two others, goes without saying) because of this song. It's like the pheonix that rises out of the ashes. The dove that survived the flood. The "kashimawo" of the "abiku" of an album.

& to that I say Amen.

Warning: Goosebumps, snaps, and other ecstatic gestures may occur from the Yoruba viewer, solely based on Dammy Krane's own energy towards his song. Great artistry.

Let's

Dance.

Review coming later.
But for now, enjoy the video & bask in Paul Okoye's dancing genius.

P.s. - disregard my last post. Heavily. As they say, Nkan t'a fe je ko je k'a ronu. #heatofthemomenttins
